I always love the variety at bunnings. The facilities are always clean and most of the staff are absolutely fantastic, very friendly and helpful. If they don't know something, they will go out of there way to find someone that does know
I love Bunnings but this particular store had me waiting all day for assistance with a special order. After 3 phone calls and no call back I rang the Mornington store and was all sorted within minutes. Sorry Glenorchy but you’re special orders team can’t be busy ALL day long 1/10
Always friendly
Bunnings was fine. I bought one suitable product. But they were out of forgo liners for kitchen caddies.
I had a rough idea of what I was after but wasn't 100% sure about the product so when I found the area it was in someone approached me and offered help straight away! The advice was informative and straight to the point while still friendly. Store is clean and easy to navigate, didnt check out the toilets but they're at the very end near the cafe! As a casual shopper it was a good experience!
